Ms. Abou-Jamra the CEO & Founder of the non–profit organization BioExec Institute, Inc., whose mission is twofold – to encourage the building and strengthening of important working relationships among industry leaders in a global context; and to promote continued investment and growth in the life sciences.

She is also simultaneously the CEO of Boston BioCapital, with offices in Cambridge, Paris, and Dubai, whose business it is to support Venture Capital and Buy-Out firms, as well as Limited Partners interested in the biotech and healthcare fields in connecting with each other. It is a special focus of the firm to bring together U.S., European, and Middle Eastern players and establish continuing relationships with Venture firms and LPs throughout these regions.

Before Boston BioCapital, Ms. Abou-Jamra founded BioExec Ventures; a firm focused on business development services and U.S. representation for international firms.

Preceding the establishment of these three companies, Ms. Abou-Jamra held positions in sales, marketing, and business development in several biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies including Acumen Sciences, Incyte Genomics, Boiron Laboratories, and Bayer Corporation.

In addition to her career pursuits in the pharmaceutical industry, Ms. Abou-Jamra has also served on several finance and fundraising committees, including Senator John Kerry’s campaign finance committee from 1998 to the year 2004 elections. She also serves as a board member for the Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus and is a member of the BIO Business Forum Committee and the International Subcommittee.

She graduated from the Bouve College of Health Sciences, Northeastern University with a degree in Pharmacy.
