Accommodation

Accommodation will be booked by The BioExec Institute on your behalf by our Program Director, Alex Howells. Special rates have been negotiated for Retreat guests requiring overnight accommodation at $379 per night for a Deluxe Room. Please indicate below your arrival and departure dates, so that we can reserve your room for you. Should you subsequently wish to amend the dates of your reservation, please contact Alex directly and not the hotel, as the room bookings and special rates are only negotiable via her.

Please note, appropriate attire must be worn on the golf course, including proper golf footwear, trousers or shorts. Trainers and jeans are not allowed. A cart and sleeve of balls will be provided at the course.

Payment Details

The registration fee covers all your food & beverage from the evening reception on Wednesday, 21st March through to the group breakfast on the morning of Saturday, 24th March. All prearranged activities such as golf and beach sports are also covered by the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before 31st January 2012 – A refund of the paid registration fee minus a $500 USD administration fee. After 31st January 2012, no refund is possible.

Registration Confirmation

Once we have processed your registration, a receipt of your payment will be sent to you in due course.
Since the BioExec Institute is a non-profit organization, please check if you would to receive a separate receipt after the close of the Retreat indicating the amount of your registration fee that can be declared as tax-deductible contribution under US law.

Facebook and Twitter

Please come and join our private group pages on Facebook and Twitter, where you can keep up-to-date on the BioExec Institute's activities, socialize online with other members of the Retreat, and view photos and participate in feedback from past Retreats. Both sites are private to members and are not open for public viewing, however should you specifically not wish to have any photos of yourself at the Retreat included on the Facebook page, please contact Alex Howells at alex@bioexec.com and we can accommodate your request.
