Lisa Ricciardi

Lisa Ricciardi joined EWHV in October 2007 after a distinguished career with Pfizer, Inc. Most recently, Ms. Ricciardi served as the Senior Vice President for Licensing and Development for Pfizer, a position to which she was promoted in 2004 after serving as Vice President for Licensing and Development for Pfizer beginning in 1998. As Senior Vice President, Ms. Ricciardi led overall licensing negotiations of complex multinational, multiyear deals with global research-based pharmaceutical firms and was responsible for sourcing half of Pfizer’s future pipeline. Previously, Ms. Ricciardi was a Team and Group Leader in the Global Pharmaceuticals Division (1995-1998) and as Assistant Product Manager and Product Manager in Pfizer Laboratories (1988 – 1995).
Prior to Pfizer, Ms. Ricciardi worked with clients of the American Practice Management, a $100M international management consulting firm specializing in physician and hospital management, enforcing the implementation of Diagnostic Related Groups.
Ms. Ricciardi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
